A study is carried out to adapt the details of our anti-theft system to the characteristics of the helmet model selected by the manufacturer.
Thanks to this, the helmet will be homologated. This will ensure a certification for safety.
After validation of the location, laboratory test and approval extension , We will proceed with the production launch at our supplier based in china
After a quality control , We will deliver the assembled system directly to the manufacturer’s factory
The laboratory tests carried out will be those required by the country in charge of approval for the extension. The manufacturer will be able to use these test results to claim this extension. In order to guarantee its proper functioning, and to deliver a perfect product, all the tests carried out will be at our charge and performed by our partner laboratory: Critt Sport Loisirs in Châtellerault. The person in charge of the PPE division in this laboratory is Mr Nicolas Quagliozzi. In December 2019, he was appointed by AFNOR as Chairman of the S72 A “Protective Helmets” Standardisation Commission.
